Something new at the Washington State Fair in 2024: Ceviche!
Meet the vendors who are bringing new and exciting flavors to the fair this year.
Ceviche is a Peruvian dish made from raw fish marinated in citrus juices, such as lime or lemon. It is typically served with onions, cilantro, and chili peppers.
This year, the Washington State Fair will feature three new ceviche vendors:
- Ceviche & More
- Mi Perú
- The Ceviche Stop
These vendors will offer a variety of ceviches, made with different types of fish and seafood.
Dumplings
Another new food item at the fair this year is dumplings. Dumplings are a type of Chinese pastry that is typically filled with meat or vegetables. They are usually steamed, fried, or boiled.
This year, the Washington State Fair will feature two new dumpling vendors:
- Dumpling House
- Shanghai Dumpling
These vendors will offer a variety of dumplings, made with different types of fillings.
Pie bar
Finally, the Washington State Fair will also feature a new pie bar this year. The pie bar will offer a variety of pies, including fruit pies, cream pies, and chocolate pies.
